Are you in a band, and want some outside eyes on your set? In an improv troupe and need a trial run audience member who provides personalized feedback? Are you choir director and want someone to watch with a performance-focused mindset? I'm your guy! The best way to get performance ready is to rehearse under the conditions of performance, and I'll be there in a non-judgmental capacity to support your group on the road to performance.
I'm a strong collaborator, and I want to use those skills in your space to help you get performance ready! My job isn't to come in and change everything you're doing, it's to look at what you're already doing and give each member of your group some skills to support themselves in rehearsal and performance.
What I'll do for you is watch a rehearsal, for example a band playing two songs of their set. I'll come up with some group feedback, then I can specify with as many individual members as you like. I can provide some ideas for "direction" if you so wish, and I may ask if I may make an offer based on what I'm seeing. You always have the right to not hear an offer I bring.
Time structuring is found below, so be mindful of how many people you want feedback for when booking to ensure everybody gets a chance.
Rates for group sessions are 2$ per minute. Each item has average minutes per section listed to the right. Please note the minimum time for booking is 45 minutes within the Local Zone, and 60 minutes outside the Local Zone.
This is the first part of the session: performance! Show me what you're working on and give me a few minutes to gather ideas. Includes second performance at the end of the session.
This is the time where I can give personalized performance feedback to individual members. Remember it's 15 minutes per person, so for a lead vocalist, guitarist, bassist, and drummer, you'll need to book 4 of these on top of your Base Time.
